Our customer is located in Western Europe and operates in several countries in Europe and in the world. This is a producer of mechanism systems for beds/sofas, chairs, furniture. Now we are looking for a person who will be responsible for sales in Poland:

- Planning and prioritizing activities to develop relationships, inquiry levels and orders.
- Participation in creating price calculations.
- Negotiating and concluding contracts.
- Acquisition of new clients.
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
- Market research.
- Participation in trade fairs.
- Preparation of required reports.
- Identifying and proposing some initiatives in order to develop business and to improve the efficiency.
- Providing Supervisor(s) with periodic reports on significant projects activity (this includes maintaining an accurate and up to date project tracking database).
- Sales plan execution.
- Making visits at customers.
- Responsibility for the quality of service.
- Very good knowledge of the production industry in Poland in the area of beds, chairs, furniture.
- Good knowledge of the mechanism systems used in sofas, beds, chairs, furniture.
- Work experience on a Sales Manager (KAM) position.
- High level of self-motivation and orientation on goals.
- Business or technical education / background could be an advantage.
- Communicative English (must).
- Communicative German (must).
- You operate mostly in the western / southern (middle) part of Poland.
