- Managing the team responsible for selling Kronobuild products;
- Preparation of a sales budget for the subordinate sector;
- Sales activities in accordance with the established targets;
- Organization of the pricing policy and implementation of the sales strategy on the Polish and export markets;
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients;
- Supervising complaint processes;
- Supervision of reporting - reporting monthly results, corporate reporting;
- Cooperation with Directors and Sales Managers of the Kronospan Group in other locations.
- Ability to analyze problem and generate solutions,
- Long term commitment to the organization,
- Openness for new ideas and changes,
- Experience in managing the sales department in the construction industry, experience in selling wood-based boards will be an additional advantage;
- Higher education;
- Very good command of the English language;
- Working knowledge of MS Office;
- Driving licenses, category B;
- Readiness for business trips and readiness to work from Strzelce Opolskie.
