Operations Manager with English and German

We are looking for candidates for the position:

Location: Warszawa - Mokotów

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of client overall KPIs/Sales targets, also including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance mesures
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Term relationships with corporate clients, creating value add for the client you manage.
To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Ensure operational delivery in line with contractual agreements
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Provide inspired leadership for your team.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a projects in the BPO / SSC industry
Mandatory: knowledge of English and German at the level that allows easy business communication
Ability to analytical and logical thinking at a high level
Experience in building long-high presentation skills
Positive attitude to changes, the ability to quickly adapt to changes
Experience in managing a remote team is welcomed
High leadership skills
